Inventory report showing $0 when item on hand

Hi,  I am trying to get a more accurate inventory value but there are some items we have stock on hand with a standard cost amount entered in the item entry, that show as a $0 value on the inventor...

    Hi deb2025,

     

    I appreciate the screenshot you've shared! If you add an inventory item, make sure you enter both the quantity and the cost/price. If the quantity is zero, the system can't assign a value to the inventory, so your report might show zero inventory value. You can fix this with an inventory adjustment. Check out the process here.

    Hi Shella, 

    Thank you. Doing the inventory adjustment has worked. I thought I had tried that already with no result but it's now got the correct amount in the report.
