This "solution" does not work for the intray capturing and pre-filling the invoice information.

Multi page capture definitely needs to return and FAST.
The old capture app used to be rubbish (I found) at detecting the amount on an invoice and would frequently confuse it with other numbers on an invoice. So the way around this was to take a picture of the eftpos receipt stapled on top then any other receipt ie: the A4 tax invoice. But now data matching multiple files in uploads will take longer having to look for multiple files to match. What another myob **bleep** up.
BTW - Attempted to use capture iOS but it won’t let me.. grrh.. - fairylove144 months agoMember
Will this be done before the Capture App is retired? It’s a very important part of the feature to save on time and workload.

I can't work with this new app if they don't allow multiple page expense uploads. I work remotely and nearly every one of our supplier's invoices are two pages long (some even more). Our stock is collected by our driver on the road and his job is to photograph the invoice/s enclosed in each box (via capture) and send to me. I use this not just for invoicing on MYOB, but also to receive all items into stock individually. We have a live stock system so this is imperative to get it right. This app is entirely useless to me if you change it back to one page only. It would be incredibly disappointing if this function isn't added back.

WHAAT??!! This is ridiculous! Why fix something if it ain't broke MYOB. Are you trying to create more work for us instead of streamlining? You can tell this was created by people who don't use the app and it has been rolled out without consultation. Also, now that I have downloaded the MYOB Assist app I can't seem to use the old capture app - how frustrating

Thanks for your feature suggestion. I'll pass it to our product teams to consider for future improvements.
As a workaround, you can take multiple images and upload them to your file. Once sitting in your Uploads, you'll be able to apply them to the same transaction.

The MYOB Capture app relied on a deprecated API — think of it like a rusted old tool that technically still works but isn’t safe or supported anymore. To ensure customers continue to have a reliable experience, we moved away from it and released MYOB Assist.

@ AmandaMYOB - Could you please explain the process to do this? My MYOB Assist app hasn't changed and will only capture 1 image at a time.

Same thing happened to me so I deleted the app altogether and reinstalled it. Works perfectly now and I can add multiple pages.
