Notes not showing in MYOB intray

A couple of our staff have started using this app, receipts appear in the intray albeit some are so faint that the details cannot be seen.  Also from their end, they have the option to add notes but those notes do not appear with the receipt in the intray.  Is there any way to make them appear with the receipt in the intray otherwise it's pretty pointless for me as the accounts person as I need to know what the expense is for.

    Hi Irena2, 

     

    Thanks for the note about the MYOB Capture app. Totally get it’s a bit confusing when the In Tray tile doesn’t show the note you added.

     

    Those notes show up on the transaction you create from the upload, for bills they’ll land in the Comment field, and for Spend money they’ll go into the Memo. If you open the upload and hit Create bill/Spend money, you’ll see the note straight away.

    Hi l58,

     

    That makes total sense. At the moment though, there isn’t a field or view that will show those kinds of notes alongside the receipts the way you’re after. If you’d like, you can post this as a feature request on our Ideas Exchange board so other users can vote on it. The more support it gets, the higher it can move up on our roadmap and the more likely it is to catch our developers’ interest for a future update.

    also before I create anything, I need to know if I am going to create a bill or I am going to use spend money.  if you cannot see the nature of the receipts in the IN Tray,  you cannot decide what you are going to do with it.  it is such a waste of time.

    apart from upload dates, I need to see who uploaded it and for what? we have different credit cards and a few of them.  it will save me a lot of time to be able to find out whose card it is before I upload them

    I see.  however this is not what i want to add notes for.  I need the notes to be seen along side the receipts.  so that I can decide if i want to open them or not.  I have so many receipts for credit cards and I cannot open them all.  I need to know which period they belong to and which cards they are related to.  otherwise, it is too time consuming.
