    HI JenSch​ yesterday we released an update so that your team can use the capture feature when you give them 'Contacts' permissions with read only. Hope this helps!

The roles and permissions work a little differently to the previous MYOB Capture app. A breakdown of the roles and permissions required for the MYOB Assist app can be found on this page.

Hello,

 

I have managed to sort this out but now staff have access to all the customer database that is stored in MYOB via the more button down the bottom. Again this is a security breach for our business and not something we want staff to access. They can’t invoice but can still see this information ?

    Hi JenSch,

    We’re working on a solution to enable the same functionality, and it’s coming soon. In the meantime, you can continue using the Capture app, which remains accessible.
