Why Why are you getting rid of the simple capture

The capture was simple. Employees out buying stuff captured the invoice / receipt.   We had multiple people out doing this. We didn't require MFA OR multiple login's because it was a simple capt...

I am afraid this doesn't SEEM like a step backwards, it IS a step backwards from functionality and accessibility.

The simple process of sending an invoice to myob using a shared user with little or no rights doesn't need MFA and separate logins. The only reason for this is the change to a new app that has a lot more more features - which are not needed for 99% of our people.
While this amazing new app is free now - I doubt it will remain free.

I have just received notice that the subscriptions are going up AGAIN apparently to enable MYOB to develop these rather annoying and limiting changes.
