Hi,
This is my 3rd week paying my staff after the upgrade.
Last two weeks, the approved hours in MYOB team get shown when I create payrun. This is what is expected.
This week. The hours approved in MYOB Team doesn't show up when I create a payrun.
Does anyone know why?

Sorry to hear that you have had that the issue is still ongoing. If you have been added to the admin portal, but not as an approving manager - that would be why you are not able to approve timesheets.Can you open the admin portal (team.myob.com), then open the Location and invite yourself as an Approving Manager, then Add Employees under your name, and try again.
If that does not resolve your issue - I also recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your device.
Let me know how you get on with the above troubleshooting or if you are still receiving the error, please include a screenshot of the error.
