Delete approved timesheet
Hiya
Got 'click happy' on Teams and approved a timesheet that was obviously wrong
How do I delete the Approved Timesheet?
Payroll has not been submitted and I cannot find any way to Unapprove or amend an incorrect submission?
Must be there but I can't find it!
There is a previous post about this but it no longer works:
If the timesheet has already been used to process payroll you'll need to delete the recorded pay first before you can delete the timesheet. In order to delete the timesheet, please follow the steps given below:
Go to the Payroll menu > Timesheets.
Choose the employee and the week of the timesheet you want to delete.
Click Delete Timesheet.
There is no option to click Delete Timesheet - just a series of greyed out check boxes
