Approving timesheets

Good morning. Suddenly we cannot approve 1 of our 5 staff members timesheets. The only thing that happened was that staff member updated her phone.

- She has uninstalled and reinstalled the app

- I've added manually

- Neither the manager or finance officer can approve

 

Please help, it's pay day

    Thank you for your message and my apologies for the delay in response.

     

    It's commendable that you've tried different admin users to approve this employee's timesheet before posting your concern in the forum. As a next step, I suggest removing the employee from the system and then re-adding them. This action often helps to refresh the system. Once done, we can attempt to approve the timesheets again.
