In MYOB Team, all managers within the same location receive timesheet and leave application notifications, even for employees not assigned to them. Is there a way to configure the system so that only designated approving managers receive these notifications?

Timesheets showing up for approving managers who aren't assigned to the specific employee isn't how the software is supposed to function. Since you've already lodged a support ticket, that's a good start. In the meantime, try redoing the approving manager setup or creating separate locations for those managers as possible troubleshooting steps. You can find the process here.

Thank you, Genreve. Creating separate locations for each manager isn't the most efficient approach for us, given the number of approving managers involved :)
