Thanks for covering so much workarounds already for leave reason not showing up. To take this a step further, it's worth checking that the wage category is linked to the employee's card file. For example, if the entitlement is called “Annual Leave,” it needs to pair with the wage category “Annual Leave Paid,” and both should be selected on the employee’s card. You can check this link for more info. Once this is confirmed, ask the employee to submit their leave request again.
