MYOB teams and job numbers
We are using MYOB teams for various employees to submit their timesheets via the mobile app.
I have standard pays set up for each employee with no hours entered, but job numbers entered against the various line items to reflect which area of the business that they work in. I am aware that the employees can't select job numbers when entering their timesheets.
I am constantly having to do journals to correct payroll postings without job numbers.
But what I can't figure out is, it's only certain employees. They all have job numbers entered on their standard pays, and the vast majority come through correctly. But it's the same two or three people every pay, and I can't see that there is any difference in their setup.
