MYOB TEAMS Employees
My employees are showing in Teams but they do not appear in rosters. I have checked all employee details, all are active, correct emails etc. I have 4 employees that show and 5 are missing but all show in teams ???

Hi Jash,
Having all employees appear correctly in the roster is essential, so let's get this sorted. Since they're showing in Team but not in the roster, you can re-add the employees to the roster and ensure they are assigned the correct details. If they still don't appear, try logging out and back in to refresh the system.
