Unfortunately I'm not finding the links very helpful. I have read through them prior to asking here.
Are you suggesting that employees can use job numbers (as we currently use in timesheets) but they have to also create an activity? This seems very clunky. Is there no way they can clock on and off simply against the job number? I'm trying to look at solutions to save time and are easy for staff to use whilst on their mobile phones...

Currently, there isn't a direct feature in MYOB that allows employees to clock on and off directly against a job number using their mobile phones. However, employees can clock on and off using the MYOB Teams App on their mobile phones. It's designed to be user-friendly and allows employees to record their work hours on the go.I would also recommend posting this as a suggestion to our product IDEAS page to potentially have this feature considered in future updates.
