MYOB Team Timesheet Job #

Hi all

 

Our employees are construction workers and require their start time and finish time allocated to specific Job#.

 

Can MYOB Team app allow them to do that? or do we need to manually allocate to different job #'s when we process payroll?

    Hi MiaMia 

     

    Welcome to the Community Forum. If you choose the Time Billing and Payroll preference then you will be able to use MYOB Team to view a list of all jobs in your file and include them in the timesheet. 

     

    To ensure this is turned on:

    1. Go to the Setup menu and choose Preferences. 
    2. In the System tab, select the I Use Timesheets for Time Billing and Payroll and My Week Starts on [...] preference. 
    3. If you have been previously been using a different time capture type, then you will need to switch the location to Timesheets only.
