The same thing happened to me! I have just spoken to the MD of the company and he instructed me to do a research to find a replacement for MYOB. What MYOB is doing is not right and as customers, if we are not happy, we'll move.
Anyone has a good recommendation on replacement of MYOB please?
I find it interesting that myob have done this so close to both year end and payday super start date - so we will just be too busy to do anything! But I don’t think that will hold for too long
I agree! I am too busy at this minute, but eventually I'll have the time to do a reasearch and switch. MYOB is making it too hard for us, it's no longer user friendly and too consumed on making money rather than customer support. Let's see what happens when their customers switch, will KKR review their strategies? Remains to be seen!
