Approved MYOB Team leave not appearing in AccountRight

Hi Tech Team,

As part of our pilot testing, we submitted a personal leave request through the MYOB Team app. The manager approved the request in the MYOB Team portal, and it also shows as approved in the test employee’s app.

However, the approved leave is not appearing in the employee’s timesheet in MYOB AccountRight or in the payroll preview for the relevant pay period. For context, the employee is set up as hourly, and we use Clock on, Clock off mobile in MYOB Team.

Could you please advise whether the approved leave should automatically flow through to AccountRight and, if so, what we need to check to resolve this?
