Business Verification Support Request Timeframe

I submitted a support request through MyAccount a week ago and have not received any reply.

What is the expected response time?

I am unable to send invoices to my customers from MYOB while this issue remains.

    Sorry you've been left waiting, especially with this stopping you from sending invoices.

     

    Our support team's usual turnaround for support requests is around 3–5 business days, but we're currently seeing a higher number of cases than usual, so some replies are taking longer than normal.

     

    If you still haven't heard back after that, send us a private message with your case number and we'll look into it further.
