If the business itself isn’t being sold, then the Change of Ownership form may not be the right fit, as that process is generally used when the legal ownership of the MYOB account is being transferred. In a situation like yours, where the original director is still part of the business but no longer manages the file day to day, it’s usually better to look at updating the primary contact instead. If they’re still a recognised contact on the account, they may be able to nominate the new primary contact through My Account.
