Contact phone number for MYOB
Two weeks ago our business contacted MYOB as we want to get the MYOB Payroll on to our existing account.
We have been ghosted.
What is the best phone number (Australian) to contact MYOB regarding this.

Sorry but there should be a contact number we can call and not a number that is connected with someone overseas.
Good luck with this. Even if you manage to get a phone number, they do not answer under 2 hours. I have tried calling but have given up as waiting on the line for 4 hours & then being hung up on is maddening. The so-called Customer Service is non existing unfortunately.

I can see how disappointing this has been. You can contact them here: Contact the Sales Team | MYOB. Since you’ve already been waiting two weeks, it’s worth mentioning that you’re trying to get MYOB Payroll added to your existing account and haven’t heard back yet. Thanks for your patience.
