Hi BelindaParker , the account numbers appearing in the import log are internal numbers only, but they do indicate that an account number has been found. You should confirm that the account numbers are postable, but this error can be reported for other non-related reasons.
For example, your template does not include a column for the tax amount, which is a required field (see Import and export fields for details). This field is required even if zero.
I enclose an example journal which is based on exporting a GJ transaction from my file. I recommend including all the columns, in the order displayed. (Category can probably be omitted unless you are using them). Even a change in column sequence has been known to cause import errors.
