Important: 8 days left to verify your business (Email)

"We recently sent you an email outlining an important requirement to verify your business. This is a courtesy reminder that you have 8 days remaining to complete business verification and continue using all invoicing functionality."

 

Why am I being asked to RE-CONFIRM my business details, my bank details, and wanting to know my cashflow estimates, and whether I can authorise this account or not?

 

MYOB has my details, I have confirmed this all, I am not signing up for "secure invoicing" as I do not take / have never taken payments through the system which do nothing to incentivise it for any customers with the added surcharge.  And if we don't reconfirm, you'll restrict access for a system that we pay to use?  How is this incentive to continue using MYOB?

    The main announcement that I have posted about Secure invoicing can be found here
    This includes a lot of frequently asked questions and plenty of further discussion in the thread as well.
    There is also a web page published by MYOB with information here

    You can choose to ignore the message and remain unverified, but after the remaining 8 days, you will need to convert your invoices to PDFs and email them yourselves manually.

    If you believe that Online Payments, as part of the secure invoicing upgrade is not suitable for your business, you can disable this feature.
    Verifying and subsequently disabling online payments, will allow you to continue utilising the secure distribution methods offered through the MYOB Secure Invoicing platform.
