Login Looping

Can someone please help I am losing my SxxT. My login keeps looping in accountright desktop version and i have removed caches and tried to enforce login though nothing works. I have reported numerous support requests with myob and no response since Friday 19/6/26 and tried to call with timeframes to answer call of 2-19hours what BS. Can someone please assist.

    I have online access and 2factor auth so i can add my ID and password and i receive a code then get the oops something went wrong try again or login with browser Try browser and same thing happens try online and same thing happens with response oops something went wrong try browser

    Hi

    Do you mean that you stay on the grey page that states you are not signed in yet? And the browser page is on Launching MYOB AccountRight?

    If so, if you click Try Again on the browser page it normally opens up straight away.  

    If that is not it, you might need to use the browser version in the meantime.
