Login updates
MYOB have made so many updates to logging in, which 2FA method should I actually use?
2FA options show – app, SMS, email. For someone just trying to keep things simple, and don't want problems down the line. Which one is the easiest?

dI set mine up the same as what myob recommended and no problems so far. authenticator app is my main option and then SMS sometimes if I have bad connection at the office. Dont really do emails as much because i find they take a while to arrive and plus have heard theyre more of a security risk. authenticator is probably my preference though
For simple, SMS is what most would be familiar with but going forward Passkeys are the direction most security conscious apps are moving. It's physical device based so think Desktop, Phone etc

My preference with MYOB at the moment is just SMS to keep it simple. I haven't tried passkey yet so can't vouch for if it works or not.
