Our version of MYOB is AccountRight Plus not the SE version, and we are not going to change as we have been with MYOB since 1998 when it was MYOB.  then it change to Premier an now it's AccountRight Plus.

    I think you are interpreting incorrectly - installing AccountRight SE 2026.5 isn't changing what version you subscribe to - it opens it depending on your subscription.

    What I am saying is the AR SE 2016.5 will run your AccountRight Plus or your AccountRight Premier but still enable you to backup locally and/or run a local file.

     

    Have a look at my screenshot - my AR subscription is AccountRight Plus - exactly like yours; however, my client subscription might be AR Premier - it will also open that.

     

    The AR SE (server edition) is the software running it not the subscription.

     

    Simply uninstall your local desktop version - download the AR SE 2026.5 - install - and voila you are up and running, that simple.

     

    I have been running the SE version on my laptop for donkey years it has a lot more advantages and doesn't determine your monthly subscription.
