I agree. My senario is sad because I audit numerous not for profit entities. They are using MYOB, paying the subscription, but due to committee moving, resigning, etc they are not sure who even signed them up. They still have access, but not to add a user. So, I rely on the back up they send to do their audit. Unfortunately, alot of these entities will now have to fully cancel their current subscriptions & get new ones, or move to another software program ( which I think I will recommend to them ! ). Because they are not the administrator, if they get a new subscription, MYOB wont transfer the data & are unbelievably unhelpful when waiting on the phone for 1 hour !!
