What if a larger company with say 50 or more invoices a day makes an online backup every few hours or say 20 per week..is that OK with MYOB?
Plus why is it so hard for MYOB to allow local backups as well as online backups with the user choosing which one they want and thus be held accountable.
I use MS OneDrive but know some people treat it as their only backup for their work, I save my company work data every night, automated with a commercial software to a NAS. Not giving your customers the choice just doesn't make sense especially as the support services as discussed here just isn't coping. I would hate to have some disaster occur meaning I need to restore my file from a backup only to find out every seven days wasn't regular enough for my needs.
