That support call lasting 2 hours certainly isn't a joke.
If you're part of the MYOB Partner Program, the most direct line is via the Partner Hub in MYOB Practice. From Practice Compliance, click the Help icon on the left and choose Log a support case. That goes straight to the Partner team to look at your practice and payment details.
You can also log a support request from My Account (myaccount.myob.com) by going to Support > Contact support and submitting the form there, which is handy if you don’t have time to jump on the phone.
Hopefully, that gives you a smoother way through than the main support line.
