Online Payments - MYOB Accounts Right

Hi Members,

 

I have a question with regards to setting up of online payments for customers in MYOB Accounts Right. My teammate is in the process of completing the application form for the set up where it automatically brings up the details of the beneficial owners. I don't want to have this particular beneficial owner that comes up in the form, I want to show the details of another two beneficial owners who are more relevant for the business but I am unable to edit the same. Is there a way the support team can get this changed? My teammate tried reaching MYOB support and logged a ticket too but no response. Can anyone please help out here?

    The system automatically pulls the details of the existing beneficial owner on record. If you need to update or change this information, it typically requires submitting a request to our support. Since your teammate has already logged a ticket, our support will assist you as soon as possible. You can also contact our support via phone by going to this link under 'Get help from our team.'
