Poor customer service and not user friendly

Absolutely terrible customer service - will not be recommending MYOB to my other friends in business.  We've now moved to a different provider - if the issues from the upgrade 2 years ago had of been addressed we would have stayed.

  • Thanks for the reply Sai, yes have provided feedback on a number of occassions with no follow up.

    Sorry to hear we've lost you to another provider. Definitely not the experience we want you to walk away with. I totally get how those upgrade headaches could've worn thin over time. We'd still love for your voice to be heard though. If you're up for it, you can flick your feedback through to feedback@myob.com That way the right teams get to see it and turn it into something better for other down the track. Thanks for giving MYOB a go all this time, and all the best with your new setup. Hoping it runs smooth as butter for you.
