Priority Service missing?

We have had priority service when calling MYOB on the phone.  They have been very good.  I have tried calling today and had to hang up after 40 mins.  We cannot run a business waiting on the phone for so long.  Does anyone know if they have stopped the priority service for select customers?

    20 days and counting for my last priority request. Its also noteworthy to mention, the bottom 3 entries were never resolved or even any contact being made, each entry is just my entry, no reply and a couple of months later, someone has come along and just closed the request. If that is priority then I would hate to see cattle class!

     

    So I thought I better push the ball a little and booked a call myself. The only available time slot that was available was at 11.30pm lucky I'm a night owl....

    It seems we have done this but have not received a response in 3 weeks.

    Hi Richmond91

     

    Priority Support is definitely still active for eligible AccountRight subscriptions. Those long queue times certainly suggest you might have skipped on that support option. 

    The best way to use Priority Support is to sign in to My Account and book a Priority Support session, lodge a support request, or call the support line using the Priority Support option from there instead of the general queue.
