Hi ME3,
If you are using the primary contact email address for a subscription you should be able to add and remove business owners from your account from the My.MYOB page. If you encounter issues doing this, you can fill out the Change of Details form and submit it to mail to: customer_service@myob.com instead.

Where on the My.MYOB page can I do this? These beneficial owners (they were listed when I tried to verify the business for secure invoicing) are not listed as users.

Hey ME3,
The beneficial owners will most likely be based on the company information listed on ASIC, it's not related to the contacts or file users associated in the MYOB software. The verification process is about ensuring that legitimate businesses are utilising the MYOB platform for invoicing, this is why it will be based on the registered company information and not on the user information in our software.
If you would like to confirm this with the team completing your verification, you can create a case to reach them via MyAccount.
