Removing beneficial owners

Hi, I need to remove beneficial owners from our account. How do I go about doing this?

Hi, I'm having this problem too. I've looked in My.MYOB and can't see where to remove the beneficial owners (board members who have left)The change of details form doesn't capture what I need either. We are a NPO. I contacted support over a week ago without a reply yet and the business upgrade expires in 1 day.

 

Any help is appreciated

    Hi,

     

    I spoke to someone at Financial Services. It was suggested I add my details (email and contact number) since I'm listed as the owner, to the beneficial owners that should not be there. I also had to add myself and any relevant executives, in order for us to complete the verification process. I was told to wait for MYOB to contact me if the verification process wasn't successful.
