REPORTS and descriptions

Hi  myob team, 

Can anyone help please.

when using Spend Money screen.  We enter the descriptions under the memo field on top and on  the line items, but when we run reports  its blank. Why is that ?

Also, Under JOBS,  if we dont have TRACK reimbursables Ticked. what does does that mean.

I know it needs to be ticked , if you want to see all the costs allocated, and run a report. Could this be related to my question above ?
