Secure Invoicing

Just wondering from anyone who has upgraded to the new secure invoicing how its going for them and their business and also those who refuse to upgrade how its going not being able to directly send in...

I finally got around to reading the fine print in this 'Business Verfification' notice. I won't be accepting this. So MYOB you want us to link our business bank accounts to you, what GUARANTEES do you have that you can't be hacked and our information stolen - None! From what I see as customers we pay you enough for the services you supply, and some of those are questionable, then you are going to punish the companies that won't comply with your 'new service'. After 25 odd years as a loyal customer we'll be looking elsewhere.

And if MYOB gets hacked, then are our clients information at risk when they use "SECURE ON-LINE PAYMENT"???

    Hi IPSM​ , you clients payments are through a payment gateway and does not put them at risk. It is the same as purchasing flights or anything else online. IF MYOB was to be hacked, then your clients payment information would still be secure
