Re: Secure Invoicing.

I normally download all invoices and manually send by email.

My question is: I have received an email to submit the Business verification form within 15 days, Do I still need to do that? Thanks

Hope to hear from you soon. Fran

    Hi Fran_29,

If you’re cool with downloading invoices and emailing them manually, you don’t have to fill out the business verification form. But with secure invoicing, it’s an extra safety shield that helps protect you and your customers from invoice scams and other dodgy activity.

    Cheers,

    Doreen

Thank you so much for your help Doreen.

With the Payday super, If I set up Pay Super in Myob, what is the process?

The Bank needs to be link to MYOB? and does that mean I don't need to pay super with QuickSuper(Aus. Super) and pay straight from MYOB. Is there a recorded Webinar that I can watch? Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks Fran

    Hi Fran_29,

Great questions! Payday Super can feel like a bit to wrap your head around at first, but I've got you. So with Pay Super in MYOB, once you've got Payday Super switched on, MYOB will automatically calculate the super contributions each pay run and send them off to the correct funds via SuperStream, so you won't need to jump into QuickSuper anymore. It keeps everything nice and tidy in one place.

For the setup side of things, yep, there is a bit of linking involved. You'll need to connect your bank account through MYOB's payment services so the super payments can actually be processed. It's not just your usual bank feed, it's more about setting up the payment authority so MYOB can send those payments through securely.

If you're keen to see it in action, you can register for a webinar here: Payday Super is coming 1 July 2026.

And if you want a bit more detail around how Payday Super works, here's a handy guide as well: Payday Super: A Complete Small Business Guide.

    Regards,

    Sai
