We have the same issues. However have managed to log in eventually, but appear to only log in from the email advising the upgrade with a sign in. Very disappointed at the new layout, very poor navigation and screen readability. What has happened to the coloured Invoices - Blue, Orders - Yellow, Quotes - Pink etc. There are now too many steps and switching back to open an Invoices vs Orders vs Quotes. Same issues with Purchases. All the former layout of Sales and Purchase Register with one click tab to open an Invoice, Order or Quotes has now been replaced with having to click out of one back to the list to open up the drop down menu, very antiquated system. Major issue with the loss of the double checking process for receiving payments. The former version had a straight forward receive payment from a client, with total amount received entered, and then a check off list of Invoices, if the balance at the bottom of the checked off list did not balance, then you knew you made a mistake. There is nowhere in this new version that allows you to enter the total payment received and have a check off balance check. We have a large number of payments regularly for a large number of Invoices. Where has all the list of previous Purchases gone, oh just had to navigate a whole lot of unusual steps to get the list of past purchase orders. Like others will be phone MYOB.
