Hello All, Thank you for the feedback and comments here, SSO was in Beta since February, its now available and was annouced here, I am copying it here as it helps to clarify how Single Sign On works:
Sign-in improvements: AccountRight Single Sign-On
Access AccountRight desktop and web seamlessly – sign in once, work everywhere. No more re-entering credentials when switching between platforms.
When you sign in to an online company file, AccountRight will open the MYOB sign-in page in your default web browser. Enter your email and password as you normally would. Once signed in, your company file will open in AccountRight desktop – and then you'll be able to switch beetween desktop and browser (and vice versa) without having to keep signing in.

You can still log in to multiple files if you're logged in as the same user. However, you cannot open multiple files under different logged-in users on the same computer
We have two sales products that we use in the field to take orders - Pepperi & Beetsales. These are now not able to sync with MYOB as the scope has changed apparently with this update?
Scope has changed from "CompanyFile" to "CompanyFile offline_access".
How can this be rectified as a matter of urgency please? I am unable to get orders.
Hi Edwina, Would be great if you can raise this with our support team to make sure its tracked properly. Can I double check if you have changedd anything in your API calls lately?
I assumed that you are using a 3rd party application to take orders Edwina when you said that they are not able to sync to MYOB and the errors you have mentioned. Is this right?
