So any news on why this "tsunami of IT pain" occurred and what happened that wasn't picked up in the Beta testing.
One theory I have is the update of company files didn't happen correctly ( e.g. online file failed to upgrade to newest version while desktop app did upgrade) causing login problems...
plus not enough info on what to see and do when running the upgrade, particularly the SSO check box needing to be ticked during the upgrade process...and changing settings within users browsers allowing links to open pop ups etc.... and maybe a myriad of other issues again not found during beta testing...
