I had raised a ticket with the Support team this morning and have not heard anything back yet. I have also not received any sales since Friday.

I don't know what an API call is - how do you check it?

Would be great if you can raise this with our support team to make sure its tracked properly. Can I double check if you have changedd anything in your API calls lately? 

So any news on why this "tsunami of IT pain" occurred and what happened that wasn't picked up in the Beta testing.

One theory I have is the update of company files didn't happen correctly ( e.g. online file failed to upgrade to newest version while desktop app did upgrade) causing login problems...

plus not enough info on what to see and do when running the upgrade, particularly the SSO check box needing to be ticked during the upgrade process...and changing settings within users browsers allowing links to open pop ups etc.... and maybe a myriad of other issues again not found during beta testing...

Same issue here.   
We can only log into one at a time, which is really not workable.

We have two sales products that we use in the field to take orders - Pepperi & Beetsales. These are now not able to sync with MYOB as the scope has changed apparently with this update?

Scope has changed from "CompanyFile" to "CompanyFile offline_access".

How can this be rectified as a matter of urgency please? I am unable to get orders.

Me too - I didn't know what was going on and it took 4 attempts before I could log on. Now I'm being told that our Add-ons are not working because MYOB has changed the scope.

I need urgent assistance with this as this change which was not communicated has meant that my third party apps can no longer access MYOB. You know, the ones I use to make SALES.

This is the issue:

We are unable to connect with MYOB, we are getting the error below:

How can this be rectified please? As a matter of urgency. And I've already submitted a ticket but can't believe that I am the only customer who has lost this functionality.

I am having the same issue it is so frustrating 

We login to two different entities and need to work from both simultaneously and now we cannot login to both, it kicks us out of one. How can I get around this and fix this? We need to be able to be logged into both at one time.
