MYOB Payroll 2023.1 password setup problem

Hello there,   I have just upgraded MYOB Payroll to 2023.1 version.  Everytime when the softward started, it asked whether or not I want to set up a password.  This didn't happen to the 2022.1 vers...

Hi Anna-UL 

Just say no to setting a passowrd and it won't ask again.

Hi.

 

It prompts me for a password everytime I start the software. I just click No each time.

    Hi,

     

    But the problem is now I can't use it anymore.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Payroll 2023.1, but the problem is still there.  It askes for Password, then says "Invalid Password", and then shutdown.

     

    Is there a way I  can just reinstall Payroll so I can use it as normal again?  I don't mind clicking on "No Password" everytime if need be.
