Thanks for the screenshot. It doesn’t really matter if it’s 9.5 hours x 4 days or 7.6 hours x 5 days. The key thing is that the pay works out to the right amount, so if the numbers add up properly, you’re sweet.

As long as your total "Hours Per Pay" equals 38.00, the specific breakdown of daily hours is mostly a matter of preference for your records.

If you set it to 9.5 hours over 4 days (Your Screen shot), the system will correctly calculate the total pay. Since you mentioned Fridays are essentially overtime, keeping the base setup to 4 days helps clearly distinguish their standard 38-hour week from any additional hours worked on that fifth day.

Essentially, if the final numbers add up correctly for the pay period, your setup is good to go!
