Hours per day

Hello

We work our 38 hours (9.5hrs/day) over 4 days but also work Fridays which is essentially overtime if they worked all 5days. In the setup of the employee  does it matter whether you put 9.5hrs/day over 4 days or should you put 7.6hrs /day over 5 days.

    Hi Kylie2024,

     

    Thanks for the screenshot. It doesn’t really matter if it’s 9.5 hours x 4 days or 7.6 hours x 5 days. The key thing is that the pay works out to the right amount, so if the numbers add up properly, you’re sweet.
