How can I identify who returned super payments belong? We have 3 returned payments from Mercer Super and the totals do not match my reorts for Superannuation payments by Fund. the Super fund or clearing house has not sent through a notification, the first we were aware of this was during bank reconciliations.

Thanks for your post. We can check our end if Superfund has given us the record. I have sent a private message to you, and please reply via private message as I will need the details of your account to check Superfund. If they haven't given us the information, you may need to contact them directly.

I am experienced the same, why there is no session under superannuation tab or manage payment to directly show the bounced back transaction and easier for us to reprocess...... I had couple of them need to check which one it is for, but I had checked our emails and group emails no emails received but bank feeds appears.....

Having an option in the superannuation or manage payment window to show the list of returned super payments is indeed a great idea. You can propose this feature on our Ideas Exchange board, where other users can vote on it and our developers can consider it for future updates. In the meantime, you can email our Pay Super team at paysuper@myob.com. They can provide the specific details you're looking for regarding the returned super payments.
