Unable to pay Superannuation

Hello members,

 

Was trying to pay super today and error showing on one of the employee has error message saying that the ABN for this Super Fund is invalid. However there's 4 weeks of super payments to go through and only one of them has this issue, all have the same superfund setup. Need help~

    Hi wenwen1 ,

    Thanks for the screenshot. If it's the same, I recommend checking the card file for this employee. Verify that all details, including the super fund information and ABN, are correct.

    Hi wenwen1,

     

    This usually happens when superfund details was changed. If you have checked the card file and everything is correct please check this with superfund directly.
