4077 Error

Can someone at MYOB please help me? My support case (#03193103) has been open for 9 days and I've heard nothing.

 

It's a 4077 error that, from what I believe, can't be solved on my end. I'm trying to import new prices for all my products.

    This 4077 error is a known issue, and the fix depends on how the file is set up.

     

    You’ve already got case 03193103 open, so that’s the right path for the team to get this sorted.
