About pop up regarding accepting payments upgrade now

Good afternoon everyone, I hope you’re doing well. We received notice yesterday that we have 12 days remaining to upgrade to secure invoicing. We’re wondering what would happen if we do not complete ...

    Hi Tongil,

    The upgrade is not mandatory, but if you do not complete the upgrade and verification process, then the invoice distribution functionality is disabled for you.
    This means that you will be unable to send invoices directly from the software.

    If you did decide not to complete the upgrade, you can still download a PDF copy of the invoice and send it using Outlook, Gmail, or any other email tool you have.
