Payroll has been accepted by ATO but wage payments aren't listing.

I've been able to complete the pay run part of the process (3 times), but nothing appears when I attempt to prepare electronic payments. Now, I have 3 pay run notifications accepted by the ATO for last week, but no way to download the bank file.

 

Is there some box I need to tick somewhere because we're now in 2026? This was all working fine before Christmas.

    Hey PeterR1234,

     

    If nothing is showing when you prepare electronic payments, it usually means the pay runs haven’t been marked for electronic payment. Check that each employee’s payment method is set to “Electronic.” Once that’s confirmed, you’ll be able to download the bank file. If everything looks correct and it’s still not appearing, you can reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. They'll be able to check your setup.
