Absorbing Sales Credits

Question

Hello&nbsp;Can anyone tell me how I can absorb sales credits from different customers without creating invoices to apply each credit to?&nbsp; We have random small amounts such as $1 or 50c that are sitting there that I'd like to get rid of, but these customers won't be returning so I can't apply to future invoices.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Please refer to this help article for details on how to handle this situation.&nbsp;
When the amount is very small like a few cents, you can&nbsp;record a new invoice for the overpaid amount (allocate to a rounding income account, if you have one) and then apply a credit to this invoice to close it.&nbsp;Learn more about accounting for bad debts.
