AccountRight Premier v19.14 error

Probably not the correct place to ask, but here goes.

 

AccountRight Premier v19.14 

When trying to send an invoice via email, was previously getting a MAPI error message.

Ran the MYOB MAPI fixit tool and got past that error.

 

New opens in a pop-up "CNC_Free."

not a very verbose error message, I have searched the term and have not been able to discover any results relating to this error.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi TRA

     

    Thanks for adding a screenshot. That little cmc_free pop‑up is an Outlook/email issue with AccountRight v19, not your data.

    Try these steps:

    1. Repair Outlook
      • Close Outlook and AccountRight.
      • In Windows, go to Control Panel > Programs and Features (or Settings > Apps).
      • Select Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 > Change > Repair.
      • Restart the PC, open Outlook, then try emailing again from AccountRight.
    2. Move the MapiEX Disable file (v19 only)
      • Close AccountRight.
      • In File Explorer, go to your v19 folder, e.g., C:\PremierClassic\MapiEX.
      • Find MapiEX Disable (or MapiEX Disable.txt), right‑click Cut.
      • Go back up one level (e.g., C:\PremierClassic\) and paste.
      • Reopen AccountRight and email again.

    If it still plays up, you can Send To > PDF and email the PDF from Outlook as a workaround, or look at upgrading to the newer AccountRight so it emails directly without using Outlook.
