Slow performance when you're just trying to get everyday work done isn't ideal, and we appreciate your patience while we worked through it. We did have an incident yesterday that affected uploads and caused some wider performance issues across AccountRight. That's all been sorted now, so things should be running normally again on your end. We also know there are still a few ongoing performance quirks with unpaid bills and purchase reports depending on entries and volume, and our team's continuing to fine-tune those so they work a whole lot smoother.
