I am trying to put in a support ticket and view our current tickets, but it is saying I now need administrator access?

I am trying to put in a support ticket and view our current tickets, but it is saying I now need administrator access?
It let me do it the other week.
I am getting the same error. I am the owner and have admin access and I cannot access My Account. The live chat is always too busy and tells me to refer to support in My Account. I can't access My Account so I am in a daily cycle of trying to get help to access the account. Is there any other way to get support?
I would rate MYOB customer service poor but actually they literally have NO customer service so less than poor
